You can adopt a tree in memory or a loved one, dedicate to a friend or family member, or to commemorate a special event.

• Recognition on the memorial plaque located inside the Deer Park Clubhouse.
• Location of the tree planting will be at the discretion of the City on a case-by-case basis.
• Memorial Trees will be hardwoods (50-millimetre caliper) and conifers (250-centimetre height).
• The choice of tree species is subject to City approval.
• City staff will provide the same care and maintenance other municipal trees receive from the City
